The Project consists of the renovation and reconstruction of an existing one-storey building (ATS), originally constructed in 1984 followed by an addition at the north side in 1997 and another addition at the south and east sides in 2003. The ATS building is located at 299 Doon Valley Drive, Kitchener part of Conestoga College’s main campus. The renovated building will create new spaces for the animal care programs, including grooming areas, kennels and related services areas, new classrooms, laboratories, administrative offices, meeting rooms, student meeting areas and more. Scope of work includes all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work shown in the drawings and specifications |
