Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region is issuing this Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) to seek a partner or pool of development partners to jointly plan and carry out the redevelopment of land for attainable housing projects under BUILD NOW: Waterloo Region. This is a unique opportunity to create a scaled solution to the current housing crisis.
